Ty tragically lost his father at a very young age. His mother, a young widow with no portraits to share with her children while telling the stories of their late father, has lived a life wishing she had family portraits for Ty and his sister.  At the age of 18, Ty joined the military and was stationed in Korea. He was half a world away from his family with no family photos to look at while he was in his barrack. This, coupled with losing his father, led him into the life of photography. He knows the importance of having those cherished photos before it is too late to create them. His mission is to help you not live with the regret his own family has felt. 

Ty and Melissa make a unique photography team that you won't find anywhere else. Melissa earned her Photographic Communications degree at Northwest College in 1998. In 2012, Melissa became a Certified Professional Photographer and in 2015, earned her Masters Degree in Photography, winning many awards during the process. She has been published in several books and magazines and her portraits are installed in client homes all over the nation. Ty majored in art and business and recently joined Melissa in becoming a Certified Professional Photographer. He also has been published in books. Together, they make the entire photography process easy for you from start to finish.
